SXM Experience Ticket Purchasing Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
By purchasing a ticket to any event sold by SXM Experience, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. SXM Experience reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Ticket Purchase and Delivery
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Tickets must be purchased through official and authorized channels. SXM Experience is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers.
E-tickets must be presented in digital or printed format for entry.
3. Event Admission
A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
The ticket holder must comply with all venue policies, including security checks and age restrictions.
Client reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee without refund if they violate event rules or engage in disruptive behavior.
4. Event Changes and Cancellations
Client reserves the right to change the event date, venue, lineup, or schedule.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund as per the refund policy.
If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
5. Liability and Responsibility
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event.
SXM Experience nor Client is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
SXM Experience nor Client is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
6. Prohibited Items and Conduct
Prohibited items may include weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and professional recording equipment.
Attendees must adhere to venue security protocols.
Disorderly or illegal conduct may result in ejection from the event without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Photography, audio, and video recording may be restricted at certain events.
By attending, you grant SXM Experience and Client the right to use your image in event media without compensation.
8. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be handled in accordance with SXM Experience’s privacy policy.
9. Fraud Protection & Unauthorized Transactions
- All ticket purchases must be made with an authorized credit/debit card. SXM Experience reserves the right to cancel, void, or hold any order suspected of fraud or misuse. Tickets obtained through fraudulent means are invalid and non-refundable. Chargebacks on valid purchases will result in ticket cancellation and denied entry. We cooperate with financial institutions and law enforcement to investigate fraudulent activity. Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing information and must contact us immediately if they suspect unauthorized use.
